This policy describes how we process personal data when you use AssetNovus.

1. Data we may collect

Account: email, password hash, display name, role, technical IDs.
Transactions: purchase records needed to perform the contract and comply with law.
Technical: IP, user agent, cookies, logs — security, debugging, analytics if enabled.
Content: assets and descriptions you upload — display and moderation.
Payments: card data is handled by the payment provider (e.g. Stripe); we may receive limited payment metadata.

2. Purposes

Providing the Service, moderation, security, legal compliance, improvement, and marketing only where a valid legal basis applies (confirm with counsel).
