These terms govern your use of AssetNovus (the “Service”): a digital marketplace for game assets and related features (accounts, payments, uploads, AI tools if enabled).

1. Eligibility

By using the Service you confirm that you meet the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement, or that you use the Service with parental consent where required.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, legal requirements, or safety.

3. Marketplace content

Buyers receive digital goods under the license shown on the asset page. Sellers represent they have rights to list their content. We may moderate, reject, or remove listings. We do not warrant availability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Payments & refunds

Payments may be processed by a third party (e.g. Stripe). Digital goods are generally non-refundable after delivery unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

5. AI tools

Outputs are assistive only. You are responsible for checking rights and suitability for commercial use. We do not guarantee uniqueness or non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect damages and cap liability where allowed (e.g. fees paid in the prior 12 months for the disputed transaction).

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on the Service.

AI‑Generated Content and Usage Rules

### 1. Nature of AI‑Generated Content

The Platform provides AI‑based tools that generate images, textures, UI elements, materials, and other digital assets. AI‑Generated Content may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results. The Operator does not guarantee correctness, originality, or suitability of such content.

### 2. Ownership and Rights

Unless restricted by the underlying model provider, the User receives rights to use, modify, distribute, and commercialize AI‑Generated Content. The Operator does not claim ownership. The User is responsible for verifying compliance with model provider terms.

### 3. User Responsibility

The User is fully responsible for prompts, inputs, and resulting content, including compliance with laws, copyrights, and third‑party rights. The Operator is not liable for damages or disputes arising from the User’s use of AI‑Generated Content.

### 4. Prohibited Use

The User must not generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, infringing, hateful, violent, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, or intended for harassment, impersonation, misinformation, or bypassing safety filters.

### 5. Third‑Party Providers

AI‑Generated Content is produced using third‑party APIs. The User must comply with their terms. The Operator is not responsible for restrictions or changes imposed by such providers.

### 6. No Professional Advice

AI‑Generated Content is not legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

### 7. Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for inaccuracies, defects, misuse, or damages resulting from the User’s reliance on AI‑Generated Content.
